Artoon Therapy – Coming Soon

It has been widely acknowledged and accepted that Art Therapy, using a range of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, colouring, note taking or sculpting, helps people of all ages and background to express themselves emotionally. Although Art Therapy is growing in popularity, it has not been prevalent in the child mental health sector.

ACM’s Fabulous Management Team is developing a cartoon-based therapy program integrating cartoons and storytelling as a form of ARTOON Therapy and is in the process of seeking accreditation from professional therapists for the use of these programs to help children (et al) improve their mental health.

The “ARTOON THERAPY” program is inspired by the founder of ACM – Jim Bridges who, as a professional carer, uses his knowledge and skills of cartooning and drawing and sketching to help deal with his daily responsibilities.
